In accordance with our child protection policy we will not permit photographs, video or other images of young people to be taken without the consent of the parents/ carers and children. Please note that AP Saints Netball Club has adopted the practice guidelines issued by England Netball, which means that players are never named in photographs, personal details are never published and we will only authorise the use of photographs of players in suitable dress. A copy of these guidelines is available on the website. AP Saints will take all steps to ensure these images are used solely for the purposes they are intended. If you become aware that these images are being used inappropriately you should inform AP Saints immediately. I hereby grant only AP Saints and their approved agents the right to use the images resulting from the above mentioned photo / film shoots. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to update any medical or emergency contact details and alert us to any other information that is relevant to the health and safety of their child. If any of this information changes during the netball season the parent/guardian must inform the club in writing before the next tournament their daughter takes part in, to enable us to update the relevant information. During tournaments, your daughter is representing AP Saints and we expect the highest standard of behaviour both on and off the court. EN rules and AP Saints codes of conduct apply throughout all tournaments. Tournament organisers require that parents/guardians of all participating players give consent for the use of photography at the event. Any AP Saints parents/guardians/players wishing to take photographs at tournaments must register for permission to do so with the event organisers. Your daughter’s registration will not be fully processed until we receive payment of the fees. If you have registered for membership without contacting the club first, we cannot guarantee your daughter a place. Thank you.
